Automated where it is too tight for others

The Filics unit disappears almost completely under the Euro pallet and load carriers with the same dimensions. Thanks to the omnidirectional drive and a turning radius of 0°, only as much space is required for transportation as for moving the pallet itself - means as little as possible.

Shunting was yesterday, transporting is today

Today's means of transport can only drive load carriers in and out on one side, which requires turning and maneuvering maneuvers. As a double skid system, Filics has the unique ability to drive through load carriers. This means that the Filics unit can drive the pallet in and out in any direction. This eliminates shunting and turning maneuvering and significantly increases process efficiency.

Sicherheitssystem

Unser Doppelkufensystem ist auf die aktuellen Sicherheitsstandards ausgelegt und zertifiziert (CE, ISO 3691-4). Jede Kufe wiegt unter 50 kg und ist mit zwei hochmodernen LIDAR-Scannern ausgestattet, die eine 360°-Rundumsicht garantieren.

Hinderniserkennung

Die Filics Unit erkennt Hindernisse zuverlässig dank präziser LIDAR-Scanner. Das System reagiert in Echtzeit und stoppt im Falle eines Hindernisses automatisch. Anschließend wird der Transport fortgesetzt.

Optische Kommunikation

Ein umlaufendes LED-Band ermöglicht eine klare und intuitive visuelle Kommunikation. Durch verschiedene Farben und Bewegungsmuster zeigt das System auf einen Blick den aktuellen Status und die Fahrtrichtung der Einheit an.

Ladestation

Unsere stationäre Ladestation ermöglicht einen intelligenten und autonomen Ladeprozess. In 30 Minuten Ladezeit erreicht die Filics Unit volle Leistung für 4 Stunden ununterbrochenen Transportbetrieb.

Modularität

Die wesentlichen Verschleißteile sind modular konzipiert und lassen sich als komplette Einheiten schnell und unkompliziert austauschen.

Plug & Ploy

Filics Units können innerhalb weniger Stunden implementiert werden. Weitere Roboter lassen sich in nur wenigen Minuten nahtlos integrieren.

Recht Kontraktlogistik hat mit dem Einsatz der Filics Unit einen entscheidenden Schritt in Richtung Effizienz und Automatisierung gemacht. Durch die Implementierung des Doppelkufensystems konnten die intralogistischen Palettentransporte erheblich optimiert werden.

Recht Kontraktlogistik verzeichnete nicht nur eine deutliche Steigerung der Durchsatzleistung, sondern auch eine Reduzierung der Transportzeiten. Mit dieser Lösung konnte Recht Kontraktlogistik ihre Prozesse zukunftssicher gestalten.
